Whilst we endeavour to keep our online system up to date, we cannot guarantee availability and some stock is held with suppliers.
Where we have items in stock, we deliver within 3 to 5 days of funds being cleared.
If your item is held at another warehouse you will be notified and delivery should be expected within 7 days, if we are unable to provide the item in a reasonable period (usually 7 days to ship) we will contact you for alternative arrangements or offer cancellation, refund or an alternative product.
VAF use a freight service and company to get your goods to you, this service may differ depending on the item. Shipping is based on many factors, product, size, weight etc. and calculated at the shopping cart, all items are shipped insured unless stated otherwise.
Currently shipping through the website is for Australian addresses only. VAF will supply you with the shipping details for your order, whilst VAF can take no responsibility for goods once they leave the store, we are here to assist in any way possible if you encounter a problem during the process.
